from Poggibonsi train station, you can reach San Gimignano by local bus.
Otherwise we can reserve a private driver at about 35 Euro.
To book this service we need to know a few days in advance the time of arrival in Poggibonsi.

You can reach the hotel by car to unload your luggages and then you have to park in one of the public parking lots just outside the town
